Crazy takes us on a very personal journey inside the lives of Dutch United Nations veterans who served in different theaters of war--Korea, Lebanon, Cambodia, Rwanda, and Bosnia. Honigmann asks the soldiers to name a piece of music they associate with their sojourn. Using home videos, photos, and sometimes gruesome archival footage, the veterans tell poignant stories abut responsibility, fear, love, impotence, and death. 1999, The Netherlands, color, 35mm, in English/ Dutch/Serbian with English subtitles, 97 minutes.
