We have a lot to celebrate this year! Avant Garden will mark the grand opening of the Walker’s new main entrance and the exhibition Question the Wall Itself. The event will also reveal site-specific commissions by artists Frank Big Bear, Philippe Parreno, and Aaron Spangler. Top that off with a premier art auction, gourmet food and cocktails, and DJ Ali Shaheed Muhammad (A Tribe Called Quest). There’s no doubt that this will be a night to remember!

Proceeds from Avant Garden support the Walker Art Center’s award-winning artistic and educational programming.
