Dance: Merce Cunningham’s Field Dances, 11:30 am, 1:30 and 4:30 pm

As part of Walker’s landmark exhibition Merce Cunningham: Common Time, Field Dances will offer a unique view of dance through a piece that can include any number of dancers, last any length of time, and be shown in any space. As a bookend to Cunningham’s presentation during the 1988 opening of the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, Field Dances truly creates “Dances for Everyone.” Want to get involved?
