A quarterly magazine devoted to the continued creation and education of the Twin Cities teen arts community. With content ranging from fart jokes to contemporary sociopolitical issues to show times and gallery hours, Fig. 12 remains as completely ridiculous today as it was at its conception over eight years ago. First created by WACTAC in 1996, this free publication can be found in various shops, galleries, coffeehouses, bathrooms, and high schools throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.
