South African artist Robin Rhode came in and worked with WACTAC on a public art project for bus stops in Minneapolis and St. Paul. This residency was delayed over three months thanks to the nimrods in homeland security continually denying him a visa. I guess his chalk drawings were a little too intimidating to the powers that be. God bless you, John Ashcroft. Keep up the good work.
