MNTV 2004 MNTV Call for Entries

The Walker has again teamed up with IFP Minneapolis/St. Paul, Twin Cities Public Television (TPT), and Intermedia Arts to produce the 2004 season of MNTV (Minnesota Independent Television). Created as a broadcast venue for short-form work, MNTV provides area film/video artists the chance to find an audience in their home state, develop professionally, and be compensated as artistic contributors. It also offers its viewers unique opportunities to see independent films on TV and share opinions through the TPT Web site.

Currently, Minnesota-produced short film and video works are being sought for inclusion in the fall 2004 MNTV program. Entries will be selected based on production quality, craft, originality, concept, diversity, content, and suitability for television. A licensing fee for TV broadcasts between $500-$1,000 will be paid, based on the length of work. The Guidelines can be downloaded in PDF form below. To receive the guidelines by mail, filmmakers can contact IFP MSP at (612) 338-0871.

Deadline:

The deadline for MNTV Submissions is Wednesday, June 2, by 4:00 pm in IFP MSP’s office, located at 401 N. 3rd St., Suite 450, Minneapolis, MN 55401.
