Gallery admission is free for everyone on the first Saturday of each month. Families can enjoy live performances, films, gallery adventures, and hands-on art-making from 10 am–3 pm. Activities recommended for ages 6–12.
As part of the series Adventures in New Puppetry, the day will feature a special performance, workshops for the entire family, films, and a chance to make your own puppet!

Two silly characters spend a day at home making up word games, riding bikes in the house, and eating ice cream. When the phone rings and they are invited on a picnic, their day is filled with mishaps—but they still have the best picnic ever! Created collaboratively by Liz Schachterle and Elise Langer under the direction of Jason Ballweber, this 30-minute production brings a playfulness to stage that entertains and delights.

In this whimsical play space created by Robin Schwartzman, the public is invited to interact with a series of sculptures that use humor and narrative. The personalities of Ms. Daisy, Ned the Fruit Crate and the Toll Bridge Troll become revealed as you explore their world.
