Bette Gordon presents these two of her groundbreaking works from the early 1980s, in which she created stories of strong, unapologetic women confronting life in New York. With a riveting script by Kathy Acker based on Gordon’s original story, a young woman takes a job in the box office at a Times Square porn theater. Curious about the films and the men who attend, she sneaks peeks into the theater and the lives of the men in the audience. 1983, 35mm, 100 minutes.
