The Walker is one of several organizations partnering with the University of Minnesota’s Department of Art and the Katherine E. Nash Gallery to present the exhibition thinking making living, which investigates a spectrum of engaged artistic practices in the social sphere. The show features 40 artists, many based in the Twin Cities, who are taking on the social, political, and ecological issues of our time. Join curators of public practice Sarah Schultz and Colleen Sheehy as well as artists Natasha Pestich and Roger Cummings for a panel discussion at the Nash Gallery. The exhibition is on view through December 13.
