Choreographers’ Evening 2017 features Gabriel Anderson, Charles Campbell with Ted Moore, DaNCEBUMS, Joelle Fernandez & Frankie Hebres & Herbert Johnson III, Pedro Pablo Lander, Billy Mullaney, Alys Ayumi Ogura, Jordan Rosenow, Erin Search-Wells, and Vie Boheme & Maleek Washington. Their pieces range from humorous to political, from abstract to literal, solos to group work, with choreography rooted in contemporary, hip-hop, and improvisational dance aesthetic.
Curator Megan Mayer is a widely respected local choreographer, photographer, and video artist.
