Discover ways that artists transform everyday materials into something unexpected. Join us for a fun-filled day of surprises, art-making, a film, and amazing gallery experiences.

Gallery admission is free for everyone on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am to 6 pm, with a variety of family activities scheduled from 10 am to 3 pm.

Art-Making: Bend It, Sculpt It, Squish It, Build It, 10 am–3 pm
Inspired by the work of artist Nairy Baghramian, make your own one-of-a-kind sculpture using everyday materials. Take your artwork home or contribute to a site-specific community installation.

In-Gallery Activity: Skeletal Drawings, 10 am–3 pm
Draw, trace, and color while you explore the artwork Chin Up (First Fitting).

Spotlight Tours: Nairy Baghramian: Déformation Professionnelle, 10 am–3 pm
Learn about the artist through questions and conversations with a tour guide.

Film: Litterbugs, 10 am–3 pm
