Contemporary Journeys is the Walker’s program for people with early- to mid-stage dementia and their care partners. Participants will enjoy guided tours and hands-on art-making activities designed to encourage creative exploration and social connection within a safe and supportive environment.
Join us for a free, conversational tour experience for individuals with mild memory loss and an accompanying care partner, family member, or friend. Art-making experiences use a variety of materials and points of entry to tap into the works and ideas on view at the Walker. The goal is for all participants to be engaged in a social space inspired by creativity.
Preregistration is required. To register an individual with memory loss and a care partner, family member, or friend, please sign up here.
