Shake those winter wriggles away! Tour the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden on snowshoes, flaunt your kookiest and funkiest winter outfit in our Postcards from Home photo shoot, or warm up in the Little Box Sauna. Plus, donate any gently used coats and winter wear to the Arc Minnesota, onsite throughout the day.
Gallery admission is free for everyone on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am to 6 pm, with a variety of family activities scheduled from 10 am to 3 pm.

See the Garden like never before: on snowshoes! Snowshoes will be available for kids and adults courtesy of the University of Minnesota Center for Outdoor Adventure.
Experience: Little Box Sauna at the Walker

Not into the cold? Sweat it out in the portable Little Box Sauna, designed by Andrea Johnson and Molly Reichert. The portable sauna will be free during the day; the heat will be lowered to a temperature appropriate for kids and adults alike. Find out more about the project and other times you can visit here.
In keeping with the wintry spirit, donate gently used coats or winter clothing to the Arc Minnesota’s Value Villages. The Arc Minnesota is a nonprofit that aims to make life better for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
*Note: Because of Super Bowl Weekend, February Free First Saturday will be moved to February 10, the second Saturday of the month.
