Hear from poet Dorothea Lasky, whose poems became the source material for Ted Hearne’s In Your Mouth. In this preconcert happy hour reading, Lasky will share a few poems and discuss how the collaboration came to be. She is the author of Animal, a book of poetry lectures, and co-author of Astro Poets: Your Guides to the Zodiac with Alex Dimitrov. She has also written five full-length collections of poetry. Lasky is an associate professor of poetry at Columbia University’s School of the Arts and lives in New York.
