Thursday Evening Tours in the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden

Enjoy an evening stroll while experiencing world-class contemporary art. Discover something new, whether it’s your first visit or your 51st, on these free guided tours! They are designed for adult audiences, but participants of all ages are welcome.

Join us on June 16, July 21, and August 18 at 6 pm!

Admission to the Walker galleries is free on Thursday nights, 5–9 pm. Gallery admission tickets must be reserved separately; quantities are limited.


Tour Guidelines

Tours meet outside of the main entrance on Vineland Place. The group will gather 5 minutes before the start time. Tour size is limited to 20 participants, on a first-come first-served basis.

Mask wearing is recommended when visitors cannot maintain 6 feet of physical distance from people not in their group.

Assistive listening devices will be used to ensure participants can hear the educator while maintaining physical distancing. Participants will be given complimentary disposable headphones to use or may bring their own (compatible with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack).

Tours may be canceled due to inclement weather. For weather updates, please call the Box Office at 612-375-7600.

The tour on 8/18/22 will be documented with photography. By attending, you consent to having your image documented.

The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is wheelchair accessible. The Walker is happy to arrange ASL interpretation with at least two weeks advance notice.
