Activity Information
Art-making Activity: It’s Me ID, 10 am–3 pm
ID cards can be powerful, but they can’t tell a person’s whole story. What are some important things you want people to know about you? Join teaching artist Prerna to draw and decorate your own “ID card” representing something about who you are and how you see yourself.
Art-making Activity: Flying Messages, 10 am–3 pm
Some artists included in the exhibition Multiple Realities shared artistic ideas in playful ways, like Czech artist Milan Knížák, who made paper airplanes to deliver secret, silly messages. Get into the spirit of play by making your own paper helicopter! What secret message will you deliver?
J.K. Ping-Pong Club, 10 am–3 pm
One part art installation and one part sport, J.K. Ping-Pong Club by artist Július Koller was launched in the 1960s and used ping-pong to encourage community gathering and self-organized play. In the spirit of this project, families are invited to grab paddles and volley together for a lively game of ping-pong.

Stop by the Bentson Mediatheque to watch Mitch Match #22, a stop-motion animation created by director Géza M. Tóth using only matchsticks. The three-minute film will loop between 10 am and 3 pm.
