Are you a teacher in the Twin Cities area? You are invited to the Walker’s inaugural Teacher Appreciation Night, a free event featuring guest speaker and designer Cas Holman, whose work on play was featured in the Netflix documentary series Abstract: The Art of Design. The evening serves as the culmination of Holman’s work developing new teaching tools for the Walker. Educators will get a preview of the tools that support multimodal and multidisciplinary learning and an introduction to their potential use between the museum and the classroom.

Join us to gather resources to share with students and enjoy a free drink on us!

Check-in opens at 6:30 pm; Cas Holman’s presentation begins at 7 pm.

Please register for this free event by Sunday, March 24. Educators may bring one additional guest. One free drink ticket per educator. Drink tickets are available with teacher ID at check-in. Parking validation will be provided.
