For help with purchasing and accessing your digital content or to answer any questions that might come up, check out these frequently asked questions.
How to Purchase
- From the event page, click BUY TICKETS.
- Log in or create an account
- If you are a current Walker member, you will have access to your discounted tickets after logging in.
- If you are not a Walker member but have purchased tickets in the past, log into your account.
- To reset your password click “forgot password” to be sent a reset link.
- Select one Household or one Member Household ticket from the drop down and click ADD TO CART.
- Review your order and click CHECK OUT to enter payment information.
- Follow the Content Page link on your order confirmation page or confirmation email.
- You can access your content by logging in, clicking MY ACCOUNT/DIGITAL CONTENT, and click Digital Content in the left hand menu.
- Click VIEW CONTENT.
Using a Promo Code
- From the event page, click BUY TICKETS.
- Log in or create an account
- If you are a current Walker member, you will have access to your discounted ticket after logging in.
- If you are not a Walker member but have purchased tickets in the past, log into your account.
- To reset your password click “forgot password” to be sent a reset link.
- Enter your promo code in the box at the top right corner of your window and click SUBMIT.
- Select one Household ticket from the drop down and click ADD TO CART.
- Your ticket will reflect the discounted price in your cart.
Purchasing Virtual Events for Others
Gift the British Arrows Awards Online program by purchasing an online gift ticket. You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase which you can then forward to your recipient. If you are purchasing more than one gift we recommend purchasing as individual transactions so you can forward them along individually.

Click on VIEW CONTENT.
You can also access your content by following the Content Page link in your confirmation email or by logging in, clicking MY ACCOUNT/DIGITAL CONTENT, and click Digital Content in the left hand menu.
Ways to Watch
- Stream the video from your Digital Content Page on a computer or tablet.
- Connect your laptop or device directly to a TV or projector with an HDMI or VGA cable.
