Hello my name is Mai Cha Vang. The title of my film is called Arlington

High School: A tribute to the Art Focus Area. I made this film because my

high school was going to take away the Arts Focus Area the coming years due

to budget cut. I felt bad that there wasn’t anything students can do, so I

decided to do this film to show what what the Arts Focus Area had contributed to the school and to also get some voice on this issue.

I was 17 years old and attended Arlington High School when I made this

film. Currently, I am 18 years old and attend the University of St. Thomas in

St. Paul, MN.
