Dario Tangelson is an Argentinean-born performer and educator. He came to Minneapolis in 2008 via New York, Mexico City, and Buenos Aires. As a Fulbright scholar in New York, he collaborated with companies like International Wow, NTUSA, and Public Theatre, and worked as an educator at the Museo del Barrio and The New School. For the last ten years he has collaborated with Minneapolis artists (Interact, Wldrnss, Live Action Set, Mixed Blood, Guthrie, Sod House) and works in education for the University of Minnesota and the Guthrie Thater. More recently he has helped create The Expression Lab, offering performance techniques to scientists and researchers. His latest artistic endeavors include TopAg and 3P (Permanent Party Presence), seeking to challenge the methodology of production, culminating with live events in Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York, Mexico City and Buenos Aires in 2018 and 2019.
