Since 2012, the Walker Art Center’s annual benefit event, Avant Garden, has brought together Walker patrons, artists, collectors, art-world luminaries, Twin Cities tastemakers, and our business community for the party of the year—including gourmet bites and drinks, live and silent auctions, and dancing to high-profile DJs like ?uestlove, Jazzy Jeff, and Ali Shaheed Muhammed (of A Tribe Called Quest).
Each year, the Walker relies on its generous corporate partners to help make Avant Garden possible and achieve its fundraising goal. In 2022, this group is led by returning sponsor The Creative Partners Group (CPG), whose CEO Jeff Sunberg has become instrumental as a co-chair of the event’s Sponsorship Committee.
