In this episode of Talk Dance, New York-based choreographer Faye Driscoll discusses “being somebody in a world of other somebodies,” the performativity of being, and her desire to make people notice that they are part of something larger. Driscoll explores these themes within her new trilogy Thank You For Coming, which the Walker will present over the next three years. The first of the series, Thank You For Coming: Attendance, will be performed in the Walker’s McGuire Theater February 17 to 21, 2016. Talk Dance is a podcast series created and hosted by choreographer Justin Jones.
