Legacy Circle: Supporting the Art of Our Future
Legacy Circle members Brian Pietsch and Christopher Hermann are helping to ensure the future growth and vitality of the Walker through their bequest for future acquisitions. The Walker has always been an important part of Brian’s and Christopher’s lives, providing eye-opening experiences and enriching their lives. They both enjoy coming to the Walker with visiting family and friends and observing how Walker programs facilitate conversations between the art and people. Christopher grew up in the Twin Cities, has come to the Walker his entire life, and now loves sharing the experience with his niece and nephew.
“The Walker opens minds, changes hearts, and expands your horizons,” Brian said.
Brian and Christopher are members of the Legacy Circle because they want to provide thought-provoking experiences for future generations. Both encourage others to make a planned gift of their own, stressing that “it’s not the size of the gift that matters; every gift is important.” You can arrange a simple beneficiary designation, or create an endowed fund, and may even direct your gift to an area you feel passionate about.
