Filmmaker Statement:
I am 15 years old and attend Southwest High School in Minneapolis.
I made this film because: I was doing a project with TVbyGirls where we
made pieces about traditions we had and shared them with the group.
I really enjoy the films of my fellow TVbyGirls members.
I got help from my little brother. He composed a song on his violin for me so I could have original music with no copyright issues. My mom shared her memories with me. She was the star as far as I’m concerned.
