Situated with views of Lake Minnetonka, the Duff Residence was the recipient of a Twenty Five-Year Award from the Minnesota Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The design by husband and wife architects, Lisl and Win Close, the Duff House exemplifies their exceptional work in residential architecture. Built in Wayzata for a progressive couple, the house design is based on a strong geometric plan of interlocking hexagons in redwood and stone and a distinctive triangulated eave and roofline.
