It’s last call at the Walker Art Center on Saturday, February 14. Help us make history with an all-night celebration from 9 pm–5 am before the Walker building closes for a year of expansion activities. Commemorate this landmark After Hours with the big-beat mod sound of Sideways and London’s avant-turntablist Janek Schaefer, special archival installations charting 34 years of Walker exhibitions and events, continuous film screenings, hors d’oeuvres by Wolfgang Puck, and a last look at the exhibitions on view. Stay for an overnight performance of And on the Thousandth Night by the U.K.’s Forced Entertainment, dusk-to-dawn screenings of films by and about Canadian filmmaker Guy Maddin, and a complimentary continental breakfast at 5 am on Sunday morning. Toast the entire occasion with the final Martini of the Month: Last Call.
