From Monday–Friday, October 17–21, from 4–7 pm, the Walker Art Center presents a free weeklong workshop for teens ages 15–18,

Manipulating the Medium: Experiments with DV Alteration

. Unleash the elastic potential of digital video through experiments with design-driven editing processes and postproduction alteration. Utilizing their own raw footage, participants twist, tweak, destroy, and refashion ordinary imagery into vibrant visual pieces. Led by JoEllen Martinson and William Scott Rees, lifelong friends and founders of experimental video house the Candy Eye Factory, the class offers a punky, empowering exploration of the postproduction process.
