With an unflinching approach and spot-on humor, this film’s provocative tale of heartland tweens and their desperate plays for affection from middle-aged men has been called “weird and delightful . . . a raw, audacious effort that burns with such originality and honesty” (Sundance Film Festival). 2008, 35mm, 93 minutes.
