THE BANDS
Why Not

“Isaac Dell, Henry Breen, and Joshua MacGregor of Why Not mesh their eclectic music taste of punk, pop, and experimental rock into one EP incomparable to any other band of their scale.
Guttural vocals from Henry Breen, bone crushing guitar riffs by Isaac Dell, and the punchy, deep drums from Josh MacGregor, all harmonize to erect this one of a kind sound. Dell, Breen, and MacGregor all met in Minnesota as pubescent boys and decided on a whim to form a group that had one coinciding dream—to be a heavy metal band. Their vision was slightly altered as time went on and as a blessing in disguise, they formed their own cutting-edge style. These three boys have created the unparalleled genre straight out of their basement.”—Emma Butler, Melted Magazine

Bugsy was formed in the spring of 2019 by Emily Schoonover (vocals, guitar) with Shannon Maroney (bass, vocals), Griffin Desai (guitar) and Alex Norman (drums). Together, the band enjoys playing music and talking about their favorite animals. Their debut EP will be out by the end of the year.
Miloe

Starting as the Soundcloud project of Bob Kabeya, then joined by Theo Galetka, Thomas Schroeder and Dom Winterbauer, the indie project Miloe has quickly grown and is taking Minneapolis by storm with poppy melodies and dreamy undertones.
DJ Mickey Breeze

Mickey Breeze started playing instruments at 5 years old and producing music electronically by age 10. He currently plays trumpet, drums, piano, violin and cello. As a DJ, he uses a drum pad controller to add percussion and transitions over the top of the tracks he plays while creating beats, adding a unique live performance layer to his sets. His sets include everything from hip-hop to EDM, and he’s performed at several festivals and events such as SXSW, Twin Cities Pride Festival, and Soundset.
