Fro Yo Soul Sips + Snacks Debuts at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden This Summer

Garden Visitors Can Enjoy Frozen Yogurt, Drinks, and Other Fun Snacks at the Sculpture Garden Every Day This Summer, 11 am–7 pm

The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden welcomes a fun and flavorful new attraction this summer! Fro Yo Soul Sips and Snacks will serve delicious organic frozen yogurt, drinks and other fun snacks at the garden daily, 11 am–7 pm beginning Saturday, June 7.

Known for its signature baby blue bus and vibrant presence at Twin Cities festivals, parks, and art fairs, Fro Yo Soul has spent over a decade delighting crowds with feel-good treats that celebrate joy, flavor, and community. Its menu centers around certified organic, fresh frozen yogurt with a wide range of toppings, from fresh fruit and granola to candy and crushed cookies.

The Sculpture Garden menu will also feature local craft beer and wine, frozen lemonade, frosé, and a curated selection of non-alcoholic and THC-infused beverages. Visitors can enjoy locally sourced popcorn, premium hot dogs (including vegetarian and gluten-free options), and other snacks perfect for a picnic or stroll through the park.

“As a Minneapolis native, bringing our business to this iconic city landmark that celebrates both art and community is truly a dream come true,” said Jessi Knudson, co-founder of Fro Yo Soul.

“We’re honored to be part of the Sculpture Garden’s legacy,” added co-founder Zack Rethlake. “We hope to be a spot where people connect over art, nature, and a swirl, snack and sip or two.”

Fro Yo Soul will first launch the season with its mobile bus, with plans to debut a custom-designed electric cart later this summer—built to better serve visitors throughout the park while reducing environmental impact.

ABOUT THE MINNEAPOLIS SCULPTURE GARDEN
The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is a joint project of the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) and the Walker Art Center (WAC). It showcases more than 60 sculptures across 11 scenic acres in the heart of Minneapolis.

It opened at 726 Vineland Place in 1988 and has become an iconic Minneapolis attraction that draws more than 600,000 visitors per year. The garden is free and open to the public every day 6 am-midnight.

The MPRB and WAC selected Fro Yo Soul to complement and enhance current food and beverage options at the garden after a Request for Proposals was issued in 2024.
