Group Life Insurance and AD&D coverage provides a one-time benefit equal to the employee’s annual salary, up to a maximum of $250,000, to beneficiaries in the event of the employee’s death or accidental death and dismemberment.

Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance & Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)

Coverage:
Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance offers coverage from $10,000 to $200,000, with a health assessment required for coverage exceeding $100,000. This coverage is employee-paid on an age-based scale. -
Short-Term Disability Insurance

Eligibility:
1.0 FTE, must complete a minimum of six (6) months of employment
Coverage:
Short-Term Disability Insurance provides 60% of your regular earnings for up to 90 calendar days in case of a qualifying short-term disability. -
Long-Term Disability Insurance

1.0 FTE, begins after 90 days of total disability
Coverage:
Long-Term Disability Insurance provides 60% of your monthly salary until you are able to return to work or reach retirement age, whichever comes first. -
Retirement Plan – 403(b)

Eligibility:
All Employees eligible to participate. Employees are eligible for the employer contribution after 12 months of service and 1,000 hours worked.
Auto-Enrollment:
Auto‐enrolled at a 2% pretax contribution rate effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment, unless you elect to opt out or choose a different contribution rate.
Benefit:
The Walker allows all employees to contribute to a 403(b) retirement plan.
*Full-time (1.0) is 35 hours/week.
