Cristóbal León

Cristóbal León is a filmmaker and visual artist. He has made several short films, using stop-motion animation in many of them. Much of this work is done together with Joaquín Cociña, forming the duo León & Cociña. At the 68 Berlinale, they premiered their first animated feature, called La Casa Lobo (The Wolf House). His work has been exhibited among other places at the Venice Biennale, the Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires and the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Since 2011 he has conducted classes and workshops in different institutions.
