Hazel Rickard is a PhD student in Theatre Arts at the University of Minnesota. She received her BA in Anthropology at Reed College and an MA in Theatre and Performance Studies at Washington University. Her research interests include puppetry and spiritualism, and she considers questions of memory, myth and narrative in her multi-disciplinary artistic practice.
