Kate Bredeson

Kate Bredeson is associate professor of theater at Reed College. Her writing has appeared in PAJ, TDR, Theatre, Theatre Symposium, Modern and Contemporary France, The Tennessee Williams Literary Journal, and chapters in the books May 68: Rethinking France’s Revolution, International Women Stage Directors, and The Routledge Companion to Dramaturgy. A director, dramaturg, and theater historian, she is currently at work on a book about theater surrounding the May 1968 events in France.
