Tommy Franklin

Tommy Franklin is a writer, film producer, and creator/cohost of the Weapon of Choice poodcast, a longform uncensored interview show in which artists across mediums discuss how their art is their "weapon of choice" for (but not limited to) social change and disruption, visibility and justice, cultural critique and resistance, among other things that ignite social consciousness and community action. In 2015, Franklin began his journey as an independent media maker by founding Special Menu Productions. Keeping an eye toward art that disrupts, he strives to always produce content he believes in, indiscriminate of form or medium. He’s sure he wants to do this.
